Basic Fees

Discounted* Initial Consultation: $50

Hourly Rate: $350

Flat Rate Services 

Prenuptial Agreement: $2750

Simple Will: $450

Durable Power of Attorney: $450

Estate Package (Includes simple will, power of attorney, healthcare surrogate, and living will): $750

Name Change: $750 (plus applicable filing fees)

* Discounted Rate is available on a designated day each week, typically Monday.  For emergency or "anytime" appointments, the standard hourly rate applies with a 1-hour minimum.
